Indistinguishability of identity in parallel Everett worlds and locality of physics as an argument for the Born-Vaidman Rule

The issue of (illusion) of probability in the many-worlds interpretation will be analyzed using gedanken experiments. Identity of an observer, indistinguishable in symmetric setups together with locality of physical interactions which excludes superluminal signaling leads to expectation of the Born-type statistics in performed quantum experiments.
